1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Pay Xpress services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
3. Services Provided
Pay Xpress provides a closed Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI) wallet system, where money is loaded by users through authorized channels and can only be used within the Pay Xpress ecosystem. Services include cashless transactions and access management for events, venues, and partner merchants. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree to use services only for lawful purposes within the ecosystem, not attempt to transfer balances outside the ecosystem, keep login credentials secure, and ensure sufficient wallet balance before transactions.
5. Wallet Usage & Restrictions
The Pay Xpress wallet is a closed PPI. Funds can only be used for transactions within the Pay Xpress ecosystem. Balances cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or used outside the ecosystem. Misuse may result in suspension or termination.
6. Payments & Refunds
Funds can be loaded via Razorpay. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per event/merchant refund policies and credited back to the wallet. Refunds to original sources are not permitted except by law. Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
7. Data Privacy & Security
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. While safeguards are in place, no system is fully immune from risks.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials remain the property of Pay Xpress. Users may not copy, distribute, or alter services without prior permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pay Xpress is not responsible for losses due to unauthorized access caused by user negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the wallet balance available at the time of claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of Terms, fraud, or misuse. Upon termination, wallet balances will be handled as per applicable laws.
11. Compliance & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Pay Xpress complies with RBI guidelines on Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPI).
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
