User Agreement - PayXpress

This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the PayXpress wallet and related services. By creating an account, loading funds, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By accepting this Agreement, you consent to: • The collection, storage, and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. • The use of the PayXpress wallet strictly within the closed PPI ecosystem. • Compliance with applicable laws, including the RBI PPI guidelines and Information Technology Act, 2000.

• You agree to provide accurate information during registration and KYC verification. • Your account may be suspended or terminated if false information is provided. • KYC requirements must be completed as mandated by RBI for wallet services.

• The PayXpress wallet is for exclusive use within the PayXpress ecosystem. • Funds once loaded into the wallet cannot be withdrawn or transferred outside the ecosystem. • Wallet balances are non-redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

You agree to: • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. • Not engage in fraudulent or unauthorized transactions. • Immediately report suspicious activity to PayXpress support.

This Agreement incorporates by reference: • Terms & Conditions • Privacy Policy • Refund & Cancellation Policy By continuing to use our services, you accept these documents as binding.

PayXpress is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability, if any, is limited to the wallet balance available in your account at the time of the claim.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
